Ready, Set, Regret (Or Not! )
A rustic gem with outstanding hospitality, this charming hotel offers warmth and comfort after an exhilarating day on the slopes. The half-board meals, especially the dinners, boast Michelin-star quality, although a more extensive menu would enhance the dining experience. Be prepared for a cozy atmosphere and friendly service. Perfect for groups!

This place suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, a cozy bar/lounge area, and an indoor swimming pool. I remember when the staff helped me with exchanging money during my first stay. I highly recommend enjoying a treatment in the spa! I'm coming back for Christmas.

The stay featured a spacious Deluxe Suite with a highly comfortable bed and a well-equipped bar area, perfect for unwinding after skiing. The culinary experience was remarkable, with dinner menus offering Michelin-quality dishes, showcasing the kitchen's high standards, and the amazing thin crispy fries were a highlight. minor concerns included the limited options for meals exclusively tailored to dietary needs and the occasionally crowded wellness area.

The Deluxe Suite was spacious, stylish, and came with tons of storage space. Stunning views of the gardens—definitely a perk after a long day on the slopes. The spa facilities were top-notch and virtually deserted, perfect for a quiet escape with relaxing treatments that really hit the spot.
The dining experience fell short—dinner options were limited to a set menu, which left little room for choice, and the quality of some dishes didn't live up to Michelin standards. One night, live music from the bar blasted through the room, making it nearly impossible to relax. breakfast service could be a drag, with delayed drink orders and lackluster communication on daily specials. The pool could have been warmer by about 5 degrees and the bar lacked a cozy atmosphere as the fireplace wasn’t restocked after the initial light-up.
